The FC62E from Quectel is a 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 Combo Module. It supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax WLAN and BLE 5.2 connectivity and delivers a data rate of up to 1200 Mbps (802.11ax) with support for 2x2 MIMO. In Tx mode, this module delivers Tx power up to 18 dBm (2.4 GHz) & 16 dBm (5 GHz). In Rx mode, it has an Rx sensitivity of up to -95 dBm (2.4 GHz) & -90 dBm (5 GHz). It supports DBPSK, DQPSK, CCK, BPSK, QPSK, and QAM modulation schemes. This module supports 20/40 MHz channels for 2.4 GHz and 20/40/80/160 MHz channels for 5 GHz. It requires a DC supply of 0.95/1.35/1.95/1.8/2.2/3.3 V and consumes less than 3.5 W of power (non-signaling mode).
The FC62E can be controlled via PCIe 3.0, PCM, or UART interfaces. It is available in a compact LCC package that measures 19.9 x 18.0 x 2.1 mm and is ideal for industrial, consumer, and automotive applications.
