The LAMBDA62C-9S is a 915 MHz radio module with integrated Semtech SX1262 LoRa™ modem providing ultra-long range, spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity with minimal current consumption. It has a receive sensitivity of -148 dBm and provides transmit power of up to 22 dBm. This module has integrated crystal, RF Changeover switch, impedance matching network and track layout that provides a simple digital interface and direct antenna connection. It is available in a 23 x 20 mm surface mount package and is ideal for RF alarms, sensor networks, long range telemetry and meter reading applications. Programming of the module is via SPI interface.
