The RF-SM-1277B1 from RF-star is a Sub-1 GHz RF Module that operates from 790 to 930 MHz. It is based on TI CC1312R chipset and has been designed for low-power, long-range wireless communication including IEEE 802.15.4g, IPv6-enabled smart objects (6LoWPAN), MIOTY®, Wi-SUN®, KNX RF, Amazon Sidewalk, and proprietary systems. This module delivers a Tx power of up to +14 dBm and has a receiving sensitivity of -121 dBm in long-range mode.
The RF-SM-1277B1 requires a DC supply of 1.8 to 3.8 V and can be controlled via UART, SPI, I2C, and I2S interfaces. It is available in a SMT package that measures 26.0 x 18.0 x 2.3 mm and has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
