The ETRX358x series from Silicon labs are low power 2.4 GHz ZigBee modules with an integrated chip antenna. The modules can work as an end device, router or coordinator with a data rate of 250 kbit/s and a sensitivity of -100 dBm. They are available in a surface mount module that measures 25 x 19 mm and can be used for home/building automation, wireless sensor networks and zigbee smart energy applications. The modules are CE, FCC and IC complaint.
