The MGM210L from Silicon Labs is a Wireless Gecko (EFR32MG21 SoC) Lighting Module that supports Zigbee, Thread, Bluetooth Mesh, Bluetooth V5.1 and multi-protocol connectivity (Bluetooth 5.1 + Zigbee). The module has a TX power of 12.5 dBm with a receiver sensitivity of -104 dBm. It requires a 3.8V DC Supply and has a current consumption of 70 mA when transmitting and 9.4 mA when receiving.
The module is based on 32-bit ARM Cortex M33 architecture with DSP Support and has 1024 kb Flash memory and 96 kb SRAM. It has a 12 bit ADC, 8 Channel DMA and 12 Channel PRS with Embedded Trace Macrocell (ETM) for advanced debugging. The module supports USART, SPI, SmartCard, IrDA, I2S and I2C Interfaces. It also has a Secure Boot with Root of Trust and Secure Loader (RTSL).
The module is available in a package the measures 15.5 x 22.5 mm. It is built in accordance with CA Title 20 energy consumption regulations with future-proof capability for feature and OTA firmware updates.
