The SARA-S200 from u-blox is an ultra-small RPMA (Random Phase Multiple Access) module for M2M and IoT Applications. The module operates in the unlicensed 2.4 GHz ISM band and consumes 50 µW of average power in sleep mode enabling it to operate on a single battery for over 10 years. It is available in a LGA package that measures 16 mm x 26 mm x 2.3 mm and is ideal for use in the Smart Meters, Smart Buildings, Gas & Oil, Asset/Personnel Tracking and Agricultural industries. The SARA-S200 operates over an extended operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C and is manufactured in ISO/TS 16949 certified facilities.
