The Stephano-I from Würth Elektronik is a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi + Bluetooth LE Module. It supports Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 and IEEE 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi protocols. This module delivers a bit rate of up to 150 Mbps (Wi-Fi) and 2 Mbps (Bluetooth) and has a line-of-sight range of 450 m (Wi-Fi) and 300 m (Bluetooth). It is based on a 160 MHz Espressif ESP32-C3FH4 radio chipset and has a 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor. This module can act as a station as well as a soft access point and provides WPAPSK, WPA2PSK and WPA/WPA2PSK encryption methods in soft access point configuration. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 167 mA (Tx) and 82 mA (Rx) of current.

The Stephano-I delivers an output power of 13.4 dBm (Wi-Fi) and 4.5 dBm (Bluetooth) and has an Rx sensitivity of -89 dBm (Wi-Fi). It can be controlled via a UART interface delivering a Baud rate of up to 115.2 kBd with flow control. This module is available in a package that measures 13.0 x 9.5 x 2.0 mm with an internal antenna.
