The InfinityQuad from FormFactor is an RF Probe solution that can measure signal paths up to 110 GHz. It is designed for repeatable and precise engineering and production of DC, logic, RF, and mmWave RFIC devices and provides wide bandwidth for RF/Microwave or high-speed digital connections. This RF probe can handle an RF power of up to 4 W and has 4-25 DC/RF/power/ground/logic contacts with a pitch ranging from 75 to 250 μm. It has a photo-lithographically defined fine-pitch tip structure that enables automatic, over-temperature probing of pads as small as 30 μm x 50 μm with minimum pad damage, and provides consistent, low contact resistance. This RF probe’s durable design extends the probe life to over 250,000 cycles with minimal maintenance.
The InfinityQuad probe is fully quadrant compatible with FormFactor probe stations, MicroChamber, and ProbeShield technologies and also compatible in a quadrant arrangement with other form factor quadrant-compatible probes. It has an easy-to-use design capture tool that reduces the chance of design errors and enables fast delivery time.
This RF probe solution has a 2x25 0.5” Semtec header, 2.92 mm (K), 2.4 mm (Q), 1.85 mm (V), and 1.0 mm (W) connectors.
