The P512 Set from Langer EMV-Technik is an RF Probe Set for measurements up to 12 GHz. It is designed to enable direct power injection (DPI) into the pins of the IC in a conducted manner according to the IEC 62132-4 standard. The probe is connected to the power amplifier with an RF connector on the back of the probe and then the IC pins are contacted using the tip of the probe. It allows flexible positioning on each pin of the IC, which not only eliminates the need to switch between testing two pins but also makes it possible in principle to automate the measurement. 

This probe set also includes a 6.8 nF coupling capacitor located inside the probe and therefore, a separate capacitance need not be taken into account when designing the test PCB. It supports ground contacts directly next to the measuring tip, which maintains potential coupling loops at a minimum. This probe set can capacitively load the signal when measuring high-frequency useful signals and allows the internal coupling capacitance of the probe to be adjusted to any value in the pF range. 

This P512 can handle an input power of up to 9 W and has an insertion loss of 3 dB. It requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes 10 mA of current. This probe set is available with SMA connectors.
