The CHA Series from Vishay are Thin Film Chip Resistors that operate up to 70 GHz with resistance values ranging from 10 to 500 Ohms. These AEC-Q200 Qualified resistors can handle an input power of 0.03 W and have a limiting element voltage of 30 V. They have tolerances of ±1%, ±2%, and ±5 % with a temperature coefficient of ± 100 ppm/°C (50 ppm/°C optional). These miniature resistors are designed to have very small internal reactance and can operate in harsh environments.
The CHA Series resistors are available in a 02016-case size, measuring 0.48 x 0.39 x 0.42 mm, and are ideal for high-frequency automotive applications.
