The N9021B from Keysight Technologies is a multi-touch Signal Analyzer that operates from 10 Hz to 50 GHz (available in 32, 44, 50 GHz, Mixers to 1.1 THz) with 255 MHz and 510 MHz analysis bandwidth options. This analyzer enables faster test times with an enhanced frequency sweep algorithm and hardware-based signal processing without compromise in RF performance. The analyzer has a DANL of -172 dBm/Hz, a phase noise of less than -129 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and a spurious-free dynamic range of over 72 dBc. It can see, capture, and understand elusive signals as short as 17.23 μs with 100% POI (Probability of Intercept) and a complete set of advanced triggers. The signal analyzer is suitable for applications in W-CDMA/HSPA/HSPA+, 5G NR, LTE/LTE-advanced FDD/ TDD, LTE-V2X, NB-IoT and eMTC.
