The NXE-200 from HAROGIC Technologies is a Real-time Spectrum Analyzer (RTSA) with a frequency range from 9 KHz to 20 GHz. It has an analysis bandwidth of 100 MHz with an adjustable sampling rate and a sweep speed of 320 GHz/sec. This spectrum analyzer has a superheterodyne digital receiver architecture with a 19-segment pre-selected filter and employs FPGA-based digital signal processing. It has an SSB phase noise of -129.2 dBc/Hz (at 10 MHz offset, 19.9 GHz frequency), provides an image suppression of more than 60 dB across the operational frequency range, and an IF rejection of better than 90 dB. This RTSA has built-in multimode GNSS and provides 1PPS, latitude, and longitude information and timestamp.
The NXE-200 requires a DC supply of 12 V via a USB Type-C interface and consumes 16 W of power. It includes an RJ45 interface and comes with highly compatible API interfaces and SAStudio4 GUI. This RTSA is available in a housing that measures 167 x 117 x 28 mm (weighs 650 grams) with 2.92 mm (female) connectors.
