The FPHNFNFJBB0-B from NexTek is a Coaxial Protector that operates from 30 to 500 MHz. It reduces electrical energy from high-speed High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) and Lightning (LEMP), Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) in the VHF and UHF bands. This protector can handle an LEMP surge of up to 30 kA, LEMP multi-strike (10x) of 20 kA and a HEMP surge (250x) of 300 kV/5 kA. It features optimized circuits to provide maximum suppression, while allowing desired operational throughput. This compact protector has an insertion loss of less than 0.6 dB and a VSWR of 1.3:1. It is available in a package that measures 90 (L) x 30.5 (Dia.) mm with N-type (female) connectors and is suitable for receiving applications according to MIL-STD-188-125 and MIL-STD-461 standards.
