The A3RS91.1 from Inmet by Spectrum Control is a high power chip termination that operates from DC to 3 GHz. The termination can handle up to 100 W of power, has a resistive tolerance of 5% and a VSWR of 1.10:1. It is ideal for ferrite isolator applications and meets the demands of CDMA and WCDMA systems. The termination has been developed on an aluminium nitride substrate.
