The KACH375-375AZ-1000J from Spectrum Control is a Power-Film Chip Termination that operates from DC to 3 GHz. This termination can handle an average input power of 150 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.10:1. It has an AlN substrate and a thick film resistive element. Direct mounting of this termination to the PCB board eliminates the need for expensive mounting flanges and input tabs. It has large solderable surface areas on the bottom for higher power dissipation. This RoHS-compliant termination is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.380 x 0.375 x 0.040 inches.
