The NPC20-40 series from Inmet by Spectrum Control are chip terminations that operate from DC to 18 GHz. They can handle up to 1 Watt of power and have a VSWR of 1.25:1. The chips are fabricated on a Berylium Oxide Ceramic substrate with a Tantalum Nitride resistor. These terminations are available in standard impedance values of 50 and 100 ohm in a 0204 (.020" x .040") footprint.
