The NPC25-50 series from Inmet by Spectrum Control are chip terminations that operate from DC to 12.4 GHz. They can handle up to 3 Watts of power and have a VSWR of 1.25:1. The chips are fabricated on a Berylium Oxide Ceramic substrate with a Tantalum Nitride resistor. These terminations are available in standard impedance values of 50 and 100 ohm.
