The ANC series from Inmet by Spectrum Control are high power chip resistors and terminations that operate from DC to 4 GHz. The terminations can handle up to 200 Watts of CW power, have a resistive tolerance of 2% and are available in standard 50 Ohm and 100 Ohm configurations. These thin film transistors are made from aluminium nitride.
