The TSXXY-300W Series of RF Terminations from Inmet by Spectrum Control that operate from DC to 4 GHz and can handle up to 300 watts of CW Power and 2,000 Watts of Peak Power. The 50 ohm terminations have a VSWR of below 1.35:1 and can operate in a wide temperature range from -55 to 125 degrees C. They are available in a module with SMA Male or Female connectors.
