The T50R0-1000-6X is a BeO flanged termination from Barry Industires that operate from DC to 4.5 GHz. It can handle up to 1000 Watts of power with a return loss of better than 20 dB and is matched to 50 Ohms. It has a 5% Resistor Tolerance and is RoHS Compliant. The resistor is made out of a thick film on BeO and the Flange and Leads are made from silver plated copper. The termination operates from -55 to 150 degrees C.
