The TV0404 from Barry Industries is an Al2O3 chip termination that operates from DC to 60 GHz. It can handle up to 1 Watt of power and has a return loss of better than 18.5 dB. The chip is available with a standard impedance value of 50 ohms. These terminations are available in a tape & reel and waffle pack for assembly/mass production.
