The CVD Diamond Flange and tabbed thin film terminations are unique high power terminations available in very small packages. They can be used in applications from DC to 20 GHz and can handle up to 150 Watts of power. They are matched to 50 Ohms and have a VSWR of 1.6:1. The terminal material is a thin film gold substrate with copper, gold plated tabs. The terminations are ideal for military and space applications because of teir high power handling capacity, broad frequency range and small size.
