The T50-110M from Marki Microwave is a GaAs RF Termination that operates from DC to 110 GHz. It can handle up to 1 W of input power and has a return loss of better than 20 dB. This termination module is based on Marki Microwave’s Passive GaAs MMIC technology that allows for the production of smaller constructions that replace larger form factor circuit board constructions. It is available in a 1.0 mm connectorized module that measures 18.14 x 14.30 x 14.30 (male) or 17.45 x 14.30 x 14.30 mm (female) and is ideal for 5G, automotive radar, test equipment, broadband loading, and precision characterization applications.
