The TB-640ME from Microlab is a Resistive 50-Ohm Termination that operates from DC to 6 GHz. It can handle an average input power of 40 W and a peak input power of 3 kW. This termination is available in an IP67-rated package that measures 5.47 x 1.54 x 1.46 inches with 4.3-10 (female) connector. It has inbuilt cooling fins that help to minimize temperature rise of the resistive film terminating element, contained within a carefully matched coaxial housing which makes it ideal for TDD and non-PIM rated applications.
