The E150N50X4 from TTM Technologies is an Aluminium Nitride Flangeless Termination that operates from DC to 2.7 GHz. It can handle an input power of 150 W and has a return loss of over 20 dB. This 50-ohm Aluminium Nitride based termination is a cost-competitive alternative to Beryllium Oxide (BeO). It is available in a package that measures 0.375 x 0.250 x 0.072 inches.
