The RFMR13-LTRM-250-200B from RFHIC is a GaN Transmitter/Receiver (T/R) Module that operates from 1.2 to 1.4 GHz. This L-band transceiver delivers an output power of 250 watts with a Tx gain of 52 dB. It has a duty cycle of 10% and a pulse width of 2000 µs. On the Rx side, it provides a gain of 45 dB with a noise figure of less than 2.5 dB.

This device is equipped with a circulator that provides duplex functions, and a built-in diode shunt switch to protect the receiver. A 6-Bit phase shifter and attenuator are placed next to the T/R S/W and are controlled using parallel TTL logic. A bias sequence circuit is also included in this transceiver. Both the RF ports of this device are integrated with DC blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50 ohms.. This Lead-free and RoHS-compliant device is available in a module that measures 240 x 82.5 x 24 mm with SMA (F) connectors and is ideal for L-band radar applications.
