The ART2K0PE from Ampleon is an LDMOS Power Transistor that operates from 1.8 to 400 MHz.It provides a P1dB of 2000 watts with a power gain of 28.5 dB and a drain efficiency of 73%. The transistor has integrated dual-sided ESD protection which enables class C operation and complete switch-off of the transistor. It requires a 65 V power supply and is available in an over-moulded plastic earless flanged package. This transistor is ideal for use in industrial, scientific, medical, radio & VHF TV broadcast transmitters, and aerospace applications.
