The BLS9G2731L-400 is an LDMOS power transistor that operates from 2700 to 3100 MHz. It delivers an output power of 400 watts with a gain of 13 dB and has a drain efficiency of 47%. The transistor is available in a flanged ceramic package with integrated dual-sided ESD protection and is compliant to Directive 2002/95/EC, regarding Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). It is ideal for S-band radar applications.
