The SMV1275-079LF is a silicon hyperabrupt junction varactor diode specifically designed for battery operation. It has a high-capactince ratio of 1.8 and capcitance of 1.35 to 3.45 pF. It can be used in low-noise and wideband UHF and VHF VCOs for GSM, PCS, CDMA, and analog phones applications and is available in ultra small SC-79 package.
