The IPJ-M750A-A00 from Impinj is an ISO/IEC 18000-63 and EPC Global Gen2X2 compliant RAIN RFID Tag chip with 96 bits of EPC and 32 bits of user nonvolatile (NVM) memory. It provides a read sensitivity of -24 dBm and a write sensitivity of -21 dBm with a dipole antenna. This RFID tag chip is a part of Impinj 700 series of performance endpoint ICs. The chip also contains an extended non-changeable TID consisting of a 16-bit header and 48-bit serialization. The RFID chip measures 396.7 x 286.7 μm and enables solutions for high-speed inventory counting, loss prevention with frictionless self-checkout, and embedded tagging with seamless product returns.
