The Steelwave HF from Confidex Ltd is a Flexible NFC and HF RFID Label that operates at 13.15 MHz. It is based on NXP NTAG213 and NXP ICODE SLIX2 ICs. The label has a read range of up to 15 mm (with NXP NTAG213) and up to 25 mm (with SLIX2). It has a user-programmable memory of 144 bytes with NTAG213 and 2528 bits with SLIX2. This IP68-rated RFID label measures 25 x 25 x 0.46 mm and is ideal for metallic assets. Based on industrial-grade materials, Steelwave HF is a reliable solution for harsh manufacturing environments. Steelwave HF is currently available with the ISO 15693 compliant SLIX2 chip.
