The ZBR4100 from Zebra is an RFID Inlay that operates from 865 – 868 MHz (ETSI) and 902 – 928 MHz (FCC). It utilizes a high-sensitivity UCODE 9 chip, which ensures read ranges of up to 20 meters in free space and is optimized to be read from nearly any angle. This inlay is designed and tested for optimal performance with Zebra printers and RFID readers which enables users to maximize the benefits of RFID in their enterprise. It has EPC memory of 96 bits and TID memory of 96 bits. This inlay complies with the EPC Gen2v2 RFID standard, has a read sensitivity of -24 dBm and a write sensitivity of -22 dBm.

The ZBR4100 is available with a customized RFID labelling solution to meet the unique requirements of applications. It is available in a module that measures 91 x 35 mm and is suitable for manufacturing, transportation and logistics applications that require high read ranges. Zebra employs ISO 9001 quality processes to reduce instances of unsuccessful encoding.
