The RFS3 from Precision Test Systems is a 10 MHz Rubidium Oscillator Module that is designed for OEM applications. It provides a sinewave output (square-wave option available) with an output level of 7 dBm and phase noise of -162 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. This oscillator has spurious levels of better than -120 dBc and harmonics of -40 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 12 V, consumes 2.5 A of current during warm-up, and 1 A of current in steady-state. The oscillator is available in a module that measures 128.0 x 95.0 x 38.1 mm with an RS232 interface.

The RFS3 is available with many options including a built-in GPS receiver, 12 or 24 V power supply, external 1pps disciplining, and lower monthly aging with higher stability.
