ALNA-105Ka Image

The ALNA-105Ka from Advantech Wireless Technologies is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 20.2 to 21.2 GHz. It has a noise temperature of 105 K and provides an output P1 dB of more than +15 dBm with a gain of 50 dB. This LNA utilizes HJ FET technology and offers very low noise, high reliability, and high RF performance. It is designed to operate in extreme ambient temperature environments.

The ALNA-105Ka also provides an option to use an isolator at the input to further improve the performance. It requires a DC supply from 11 to 15 V (11-24 V option available) and consumes less than 250 mA of current. This LNA is available in a weatherproof module that measures 4.58 x 1.44 x 1.10 inches and has a WR42 grooved waveguide interface at the input and an SMA (female) connector at the output side. It is ideal for Ka-Band satellite applications.
