The ARMA-2000X series are the rack-mount solid-state power amplifiers (SSPAs) that operate from 7.9 to 8.4 GHz in the X-Band. The amplifier is an integrated unit, complete with power supply and cooling system. It is intended for protected/indoor environments. They are available in multiple power configurations from 60 Watts to 150 Watts (60W/80W/100W/125W/150W). These amplifiers are designed for 19-inch rack systems occupying four rack slots (4 RU – 7.0”) and are ideal for X-Band satellite up-links.
With the addition of the appropriate waveguide and switch kit, the ARMA-2000X amplifiers can be easily converted for the operation in 1:1 redundant configuration with full remote monitor and control capability of the redundant system via serial interface. Built-in microprocessor controller provides capability for serial port interfaces (RS485) for remote monitoring and control.
