The AMP4069-ODT from Exodus Advanced Communications is a solid-state high power amplifier that operates from 26.5 to 40 GHz. This Ka-band amplifier provides an output power of 5 Watts (3 W P1dB) with a gain of more than 37 dB. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 214 x 145 x 334 mm with 2.92 mm female connectors and is suitable for outdoor 5G mobile and fixed SATCOM terminals.
This series features high linear power and long-term reliability in a lightweight and small outdoor form factor. Other frequency ranges and power levels are available on request.
