The 1200 from C-COM is a Vehicle Mounted Driveaway Satellite Antenna System with a Tx frequency from 13.75-14.80 GHz (linear), 7.9-8.4 GHz (circular) and an Rx frequency from 10.7-12.75 GHz (linear), 7.25-7.75 GHz (circular). It delivers a Tx power of up to 200 watts (linear) and up to 40 watts (circular) with a Tx gain of 43 dB (linear) and 38.1 dB (circular). This 1.2 m auto-acquire satellite antenna system can be mounted on the roof of a vehicle to provide broadband internet access using a satellite connection. The system works seamlessly with the iNetVu 7000C Controller providing fast satellite acquisition within minutes, anytime anywhere. It features a One-Piece offset feed, prime focus, SMC reflector with a back cover, and works seamlessly with the world’s most popular commercially available satellite modems. It locates satellites using advanced satellite acquisition methods.
If operated in the Ku-band, the 1200 antenna system can easily be configured to provide instant access to satellite communications for any application that requires reliable and/or remote connectivity in a rugged environment. The antenna's mounting plate measures 132 (L) x 56 (W) cm, whereas, its stowed reflector ext. measures 177 (L) x 123 (W) x 49 (H) cm. It is available with 9.1 m 2RG6 cables, a WR75 waveguide interface, and an RG6U coaxial cable. This antenna is ideally suited for industries such as oil & gas exploration, military communications, disaster management, SNG, emergency communications backup, cellular backhaul, and many others.
