The v85NX from Intellian is an 85 cm Ku-Ka Convertible Maritime VSAT Antenna System that supportsfull 2.5 GHz wide Ka-band networks and is ready for future NGSO (non-geostationary satellite orbit) constellations. The antenna provides a transmit gain of 40.7 dBi @ 14.25 GHz and a receive gain of 38.9 dBi @ 11.7 GHz. It supports several different BUCswith power options from 8 to 25W. The antenna measuring 43.1 x 35 x 4.4 cm, is ideal for commercial ships used in the oil and gas industry, and mission-critical operations.
The v85NX frequency can be converted between the Ku and Ka bands by simply changing the RF Assembly and Feed while still using the dual-band optimized reflector and radome.
