XRE Image

The XRE from Global Invacom Group is a Ka-Band VSAT Transceiver that operates from 1445.5 to 2150 MHz (Tx) and 17.3 to 20.2 GHz (Rx). It integrates a block upconverter (BUC) low-noise block (LNB), electronically configurable circular polarizer, and TRF to ensure consistent communications performance. On the Tx side, it upconverts input frequencies from 1445.5 – 2150 MHz to output frequencies from 28.4455 – 30 GHz and delivers an output power of 3 W. While on the Rx side, it downconverts frequencies from 17.3 – 20.2 GHz to 950 – 2150 MHz provides a conversion gain of 60 dB with a noise figure of 1.5 dB. This transceiver can be used for land or marine applications in fixed, fly-away, or mobile VSAT user terminals.

The XRE is compatible with all Global Skyware antennas and supports a dual-cable IF interface (Tx and Rx) to the modem. It requires a DC supply from 15 to 36 V. This transceiver is available in an IP67-rated enclosure and meets all relevant regulatory compliance standards.
