The N5181B MXG X-Series are a range of Analog/RF Signal Generator available in two frequency options of 3 GHz and 6 GHz. They have a power range of up to 24 dBm, a phase noise of -146 dBc at 1 GHz with a 20 KHz offset and has a -96 dBc non-harmonics at 1 GHz with a 10 kHz offset. It can generate AM, FM, &OM, pulse, and narrow pulse signals.
