The N5193A UXG X-Series Agile Signal Generator from Keysight Technologies operates at frequencies of 20 GHz & 40 GHz. The generator has a 10 dBm standard output power with an optional attenuator that has a 120 dB amplitude range. It has a 100 micro sec switching speed with a phase noise less than -126 dBc/Hz at a 20 kHz offset. AM, FM, M, pulse modulation, and wideband chirps are supported by this series of signal generators.
