The SG15-840002 from ETL Systems is a Miniature Signal Generator that operates from 10 to 15000 MHz covering L, S, and C frequency bands. It delivers an output power up to 13 dBm in 0.5 dB steps and has a frequency step size of 1 to 10 Hz. This signal generator has spurious levels of less than -70 dBc and harmonics of -25 dBc with a phase noise of less than -120 dBc/Hz (@100 KHz offset). It requires a 9 to 28 V DC supply and consumes 400 mA of current.
This signal generator can be controlled via USB and Ethernet RJ45 interfaces. It has an internal 100 MHz OCXO reference with full range tuning and frequency & level control. This RoHS-compliant signal generator is available in a compact package that measures 157 x 245 x 47 mm and has an SMA female connector for RF output and reference.
