The DSG800 series of RF Signal Generators operate from 9 kHz to 3.6 GHz. The instruments provide a maximum output power of up to +20 dBm and have a low SSB phase noise -112 dBc/Hz, amplitude accuracy of +/- 0.5 dB, and frequency resolution of 0.01 Hz. They have an oven-controlled crystal oscillator time-base option that provides temperature stability less than 5 ppb and an aging of 30 ppb/year. The DSG800A models provide internal and external IQ Modulation support including FSK, QAM, and QPSK signals. They are available in a benchtop module that measures 261.5 x 112 x 318.4 mm.
