The R&S SMB100A is a compact signal generator that provides excellent spectral purity and high output power. It is available in a number of configurations from 9 kHz to 1.1/2.2./3.2/6 GHz or100 kHz to 12.75/20/40 GHz. It has an intuitive user interface and can be remote controlled via LAN, USB and GPIB including emulation modes for legacy instruments. The frequency range of this signal generator can be extended from 50 GHz to 110 GHz when using the R&S SMZ frequency multiplier.
