The VSG2G5C from Triarchy Technologies is a USB Vector Signal Generator that operates from 100 MHz to 2.5 GHz with a frequency resolution of 1Hz. With output levels up to 15 dBm, signals can be delivered in CW, sweeping, and hopping modes. The unit has a built-in pulse generator for creating pulse modulation and an arbitrary function generator to generate a wide range of modulation modes, such as: I&Q modulation, AM, PM, FM analog, FSK, ASK, PSK, MSK, GMSK, SFSK, as well as digital modulation schemes such as QPSK, 8PSK, QAM, and phase modulation types such as CDMA, TMDA, GSM and more.
This compact generator can be connected to a PC via the USB port and does not require any external power. It can also generate radar signals. The VSG6G1C RF Vector Signal Generator can be used in ATE systems as a signal source module, simulating many different RF systems for test purposes. It is available in a module that measures 4 x 1 x 1 inch with N-type connector.
