The LSG-602 from Vaunix is a USB programmable signal generator that operates from 1.5 to 6 GHz (S and C-Band) with a resolution of 100 kHz and switching time of 10 microseconds. The signal generator provides calibrated power control from -40 dBm to 10 dBm in 0.5 dB steps. The generated signal has a phase noise of better than -95 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset, spurious lower than -70 dBc and harmonics less than -10 dBc.
The LSG-602 is available in a compact module that measures 4.90 x 3.14 x 1.59 inches with SMA female connectors and is ideal for Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Engineering/Production Test Labs and portable LO source applications. The signal generator is powered and controlled by USB connection to a PC or self-powered hub, and is programmable from the included graphical user interface (GUI) software, or by using the sdk provided by Vaunix.
