The NDR364 from Epiq Solutions is a 4-Channel Software-Defined Radio (SDR) and Superheterodyne Downconverter that operates from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. It consists of 4 channels, with each supporting an instantaneous bandwidth of 125 MHz, and provides phase coherent and independent tuning on all the channels. This SDR has an on-board Kintex UltraScale series FPGA for the channelizer with variable rate DDCs, selectable decimation stages, VITA-49 for matter, data multiplexer, and 10 Gigabit Ethernet digital IF data interfaces. It utilizes high dynamic 16-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) to digitize a 125 MHz wide IF signal at a sampling rate of 368 MSPS along with two 10 Gigabit Ethernet digital IF output interfaces to provide full bandwidth IF data from all the four channels.
This NDR364 also has a built-in GPS receiver and accepts a 1PPS input to support precision timing applications. It includes an ARM A8 microprocessor that runs embedded Linux OS for use in command and control operations. This radio supports LEDs to provide status indications. It requires a DC supply from 11 to 15 V and consumes 38 W of power. This SDR is available in a chassis-mount enclosure that measures 5.7 x 8.4 x 1.6 inches.
