The WR10SAX from Virginia Diodes is a Spectrum Analyzer Extender Module with an output frequency from 75 to 110 GHz. It has an LO frequency from 6.25 – 9.17 GHz (Low), 12.5 – 18.33 GHz (High), and a multiplication factor of up to 12. This extender has a conversion loss of 10 dB and a displayed average noise level (DANL) of -150 dBm/Hz. It is available in a module with WR-10 UG-287/U-M waveguide output flange.
