The 50MS-286 from JFW Industries is a 12 x 4 Blocking RF Matrix Switch System that operates from DC to 6 GHz. The switch matrix can handle up to 1 watt of power. It is available in a 19 inch rack mount module and can be controlled remotely via Ethernet. It also has a small keypad and display on the front panel. All ports have SMA connectors and are matched to 50 Ohms.
