The RC-1SP6T-A12 from Mini-Circuits is an USB or Ethernet controlled, absorptive fail-safe SP6T switch matrix that operates from DC to 12 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 0.2 dB, an isolation of 90 dB and a switching speed of 25 milliseconds. The switch can handle up to 20 watts of power and requires a supply voltage of 24 VDC. It is available in a module that measures 5.5 x 6 x 2.75 inches with 7 SMA female connectors (COM and ports 1 to 6), USB type B port, standard RJ45 network socket and DC power input. The switch is ideal for automated test equipment, R&D and controlling RF signal paths. The device has an ultra long switching life of 10 million cycles.
It is available with a user-friendly GUI application for Windows, full API with programming instructions for Windows and Linux, a 2.7 ft USB cable and AC/DC power adapter. Longer USB cables, Ethernet cables and a mounting bracket are available as optional accessories.
